PatriciaBAILEYAnne nee Cooke Sadly passed away after a long illness bravely borne on April 2nd 2018 at the Royal Stoke University Hospital.
Patricia aged 75 years of Ashley Heath. Beloved wife of Arthur, devoted mother of Rebecca and Simon, cherished and much loved Granny of Olivia, Will and Harriet and also a very dear sister of Anthony, Joy and Rosita. She will be sadly missed.
A funeral of Thanksgiving will take place at St John's Church, Ashley on Friday 20th April 2018 at 11.30am, following on from a prior private interment in the Churchyard.
If you would like to make a donation in memory of Pat, these are being collected by St John the Baptist Church, Ashley on behalf of the family to be used to buy much needed equipment for the Haematology Department at Royal Stoke Hospital.
